An Inquiry: So I suffer from OCD and some days it’s really bad and some days it doesn’t come to me at all. I heard it’s stress that triggers it but I was wondering on what’s your thoughts and opinions.
How We Would Answer: OCD is caused by the exact thing that causes stress: thinking. Even more specifically, the cause is accepting upsetting judgments as the truth. If you become able to step back from upsetting judgments versus accepting them as valid, you will feel remarkably better.
